All EFT payments must be cleared in our bank account before any Guest will be allowed to check in.
Should you not guarantee your reservation, our booking system will automatically release the room without notification.

Please note that a maximum of two minor children under the age of 12 are allowed to be accommodated in the same room and may share a room with parents, on roll up mattresses at no additional accommodation charge. Children will be charged for all meals enjoyed, including breakfast, as no meals for minors are included in any accommodation rates.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
100% of the amount will be required within 72 Hours of booking in order to confirm your reservation.Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancelations from reservations.
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
25% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival
100% on the total invoice value will be charged if cancelled less than 07 days prior to arrival
CHILD POLICY:
This policy applies to all children from 0 up to including 12 years old.
A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years are allowed to share a room with parents in the luxury wing only.
No Children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay in the Heritage wing.
Children sharing with parents are accommodated on roll out mattresses in the room.
There is no accommodation charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing with Parents, but the child must pay for all meals, including breakfast.
ROOM CHARGES AND PAYMENTS DURING YOUR STAY:
If you like to make use of our room charge facilities at any of our outlets, your valid credit card will be required and added to your profile on arrival. Payment will then be taken on departure.

WAIVER:
The Royal St Andrews Hotel reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date (Please see Booking conditions and cancelation/refund policies).
The Royal St Andrews Hotel retains the right to admit or remove any guest/s whose behavior impacts negatively on the Hotel Property, other guests and / or staff.
BABY COTS AND EXTRA MATTRESSES:
The Hotel offers a limited supply of baby cots and extra mattresses.
Kindly check with reservations for the availability of these items prior to your arrival.
Regrettably we do not offer any baby bath facilities.
Non Smoking Policy
In compliance with legislation no form of smoking is permitted in any bedroom, hallway, restaurant or lounge. This includes electronic cigarettes.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors or on the balconies of rooms. Please use the ashtrays provided.
An additional cleaning charge is levied if there is evidence of smoking occurring in a bedroom.
Pets
Regrettably no pets are allowed.
NOISE:
No noise is permitted in any of the corridors, gardens and the pool area from 20h00 to 07h00. This is strictly enforced.
Our Highlander Pub is the place for revelry and celebration into the night.
SWIMMING POOL:
The swimming pool will be closed from 20:00 every night.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY:
The Royal St Andrews Hotel reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure. The Royal St Andrews Hotel also reserves the right to lay criminal charges at The South African Police Services for any negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure.

Check Out Time
Departing guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. This is strictly enforced.
